Receptionist / Customer Care Officer

Ideal candidate:

  • Provides excellent customer service through effective communication with clients and prospects in-person in our clinics, over the phone, and through digital channels (e-mail, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc)

  • Manages scheduling and billing to support a fast-growing team of >15 clinical specialists in the field of child development

  • Maintains strong relationships with business partners and suppliers

  • Oversees administrative logistics, including record keeping, bank deposit schedule for cash & checks, clinic maintenance and cleaning

  • Upholds professional standard of care

  • Manages toys, materials, and test inventory

  • Assists in the development and implementation of clinic policies, operation guidelines, communication protocols, and efficient workflow

  • Coordinates workshops/classes with specialists when required

  • Supports ad hoc duties as and when required


  • HKALE/HKDSE or above; Bachelor's Degree highly preferred

  • 3 years or greater working experience in medical or healthcare industry

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Organised and flexible team player with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills

  • Command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Full-time employment with normal hours of work 9:30am to 6:30pm, five days per week with Saturday a workday

  • Contactable and responsive outside normal hours of work via phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.

  • Willing to work flexibly in both Central and Wong Chuk Hang centres

  • Enjoy being around children and dogs (we have two friendly Westie dogs who spend time in our clinics)

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing

  • Administrative management experience highly preferred

Educational/Clinical Psychologist

Ideal candidate:

  • Master or Doctoral Degree in Clinical or Educational Psychology

  • 1 year of post-graduate experience in school or private practice setting

  • Fluent in English + Cantonese and/or Mandarin reading, writing and speaking

  • Eligible for membership in relevant professional bodies

  • Experience in the areas of special needs and/or early childhood an advantage

  • Training in different psychotherapy approaches, including but not limited to play therapy, expressive arts therapy, creative arts therapy, and cognitive-behavioural therapy an advantage

Experience performing the following activities:

  • Conducting psycho-educational / diagnostic / behavioural assessments of students suspected to have learning and social challenges

  • Preparing and delivering verbal and written assessment reports for the purpose of directing management of any learning and behavioural difficulties and informing examinations boards of any recommended accommodations in school work and testing 

  • Designing and implementing interventions for social, learning and behavioural issues

  • Providing counselling for children experiencing emotional or behavioural difficulties

  • Conducting social skills and parenting groups

  • Providing workshops and training for parents, colleagues and professionals at educational institutions, NGOs and other centres

  • Co-ordinating care for students between their families, teachers, learning support assistance, and other professionals by making recommendations, and helping to develop and administer appropriate therapies and strategies

Speech and Language Therapist

Ideal candidate: 

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent from a reputable university 

  • Practicing certificate or license in Speech and Language Pathology (e.g., CCC-SLP by ASHA) 

  • Minimum 3 years full-time experience in a school and/or multi-disciplinary clinic setting

  • Preschool paediatric assessment and therapy experience with swallowing and stuttering

  • Valid license to practice Speech and Language Therapy in Hong Kong

  • Able to supervise junior Speech Therapists

  • Experience in planning and conducting social communication groups

Occupational Therapist

Ideal candidate:

  • Provides centre-based individual and group training for children with special educational needs

  • Provides formal and informal Occupational Therapy and sensory processing assessments

  • Holder of Degree or Professional Diploma in Occupational Therapy

  • Registered with Hong Kong Occupational Therapists Board; holder of a valid practicing certificate

  • At least 1 year relevant experience

  • Experience in paediatrics an advantage

Applied Behavioural Therapist

Ideal candidate:

  • Provides 1-on-1 or group therapy, and school shadowing for children with autism

  • May be required to travel to clients' homes/schools to conduct therapy

  • Prepares teaching materials

  • Works closely with our supervisors and other team members

  • 2 years relevant experience preferred

  • Constantly looks for ways to improve her/himself
