In this class, participants will learn and practice the core principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), including mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Our goal is to empower each young woman by equipping her with powerful tools to manage emotions, enhance relationships, and make positive decisions. Whether addressing daily challenges or major life transitions, Dr. Esther Wong, a seasoned clinical psychologist with a wealth of over a decade of experience working with teenage girls, provides a supportive and understanding environment where each participant can thrive and discover her best self.
