Professor Cammie (Catherine) McBride

Professor Cammie (Catherine) McBride is the Choh-Ming Li Professor of Psychology at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has served as President of the international Society for the Scientific Study of Reading, as well as the founding President for the Association for Reading and Writing in Asia. Cited over 21,000 times in Google Scholar, Professor McBride has published over 200 peer-reviewed articles, mostly on the topics of language, literacy, and mathematics learning. She has edited four academic books and written two others. Her 2019 book entitled Coping with Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and ADHD: A Global Perspective has been favorably reviewed worldwide, including by the International Dyslexia Association (click here to read review).
